Performance and Evaluation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our organization in a key role.
About the PositionThis role involves monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on service outcomes, performance, and quality assurance. The successful candidate will lead continuous improvement initiatives and monitor delivery of evidence-informed clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a transparent framework to drive accountability for outcomes of young people in Statewide Rehabilitation Services.
- Design and deliver a robust monitoring and evaluation framework to measure service effectiveness and impact.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting research, performance monitoring, evaluation, and/or review of programs and policy.
- Demonstrated experience in knowledge translation through interpretation, presentation, and communication of quantitative and qualitative data to various stakeholders.
- Experience in complex service systems monitoring and stakeholder management.
