Performance Evaluation Lead

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Evaluation Lead to join our team. As a key member of the Statewide Rehabilitation Services Management Group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a transparent performance framework to drive accountability for outcomes of young people in Statewide Rehabilitation Services.
About This Role:- To lead the development and implementation of a robust monitoring and evaluation framework to measure service effectiveness and impact
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to provide evidence and insights to guide and support management of local clinical practice and service delivery
- Design and deliver a continuous improvement program to drive evidence-informed clinical practice
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports on service performance and progress
- Maintain open communication channels with staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in conducting research, performance monitoring, evaluation and/or review of programs and policy
