Position Overview

Your Role and Impact

The Client Services division is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to take on the role of Client Services Advisor.

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, providing expert consultation across various business units.

You will engage with multiple products within the organization, working diligently to identify and implement solutions tailored to a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Your Contributions

  • Address client inquiries through various communication channels in a professional and timely manner;
  • Oversee group email communications, ensuring prompt responses to client questions;
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal partners, ensuring alignment with expectations;
  • Assist clients in comprehending and interpreting reports and scores from illion's platforms;
  • Develop into a versatile problem solver across various illion systems;
  • Exhibit agility in responding to shifting priorities as they arise.
