Job Title: Support Worker

">About the Role:">

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities. As a support worker, you will be working closely with participants to empower them and provide the support they need to live independently.

Some of your key responsibilities will include helping participants with daily activities such as community access, personal care, and household chores. You will also be responsible for supporting participants to exercise their rights to choice and control.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:">

To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior job experience in the field and a strong understanding of disability support principles. You must also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as being flexible and driven.

In addition to these skills, you will also need to hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support or other relevant qualification. You will also require NDIS clearance, a Working with Children Check, and current First Aid and CPR certification.
