**Portfolio Manager Opportunity**

A unique career advancement has become available to oversee a diverse collection of commercial and retail properties in Sydney CBD.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving success through strategic input, retention of tenants, and proactive management to fill vacancies.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing circa 10 properties in the CBD and metropolitan Sydney (150 - 200 tenants)
  • Liaising with Facilities Managers on repairs and maintenance, fit-outs, and refurbishment projects
  • Negotiating contracts for services such as waste disposal, mechanical maintenance, air conditioning, and cleaning
  • Building and maintaining relationships with tenants to ensure retention
  • Conducting periodic walk-throughs
  • Liaising with leasing agents for property lettings
  • Rental increases and lease renewals
  • Collaborating with the Accounts team to manage budgets

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in commercial property management is essential for this role
  • Strong leasing experience is necessary
  • Experience using MRI software is desirable
  • Demonstrated longevity in previous roles
  • A degree in Property or related field is highly regarded
