Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Research Coordinator at GenesisCare, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of clinical trials, working closely with Principal Investigators, Co-investigators, and the Research Team.

Key Accountabilities
  • Coordinate clinical trials, ensuring timely start-up and smooth running.
  • Work with the Research Team to meet recruitment targets and timelines.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including team members, research leads, and sponsors.
  • Perform clinical tasks, such as vital signs, ECGs, and medication management, within your competency.
  • Process samples, coordinate sample collection, and dispatch as required.
  • Prepare for and host monitoring and close-out visits.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory, administrative, and clinical frameworks.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in clinical research coordination, nursing, science, or Phase 1 research.
  • Strong computer literacy, with knowledge of clinical trials software and MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of initiative, flexibility, and ability to meet deadlines while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Current AHPRA registration with relevant nursing or radiotherapy experience desirable.
