Medical Imaging Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Medical Imaging Coordinator to join our team at South Coast Radiology. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering patients and processing relevant paperwork on arrival
- Answering telephone calls and responding to all enquiries
- Scheduling appointments using our state-of-the-art systems
- Determining and informing patients of correct preparation requirements prior to their arrival
- Managing and preparing appointments to maximize efficiencies for the clinic
- Quoting fees and Medicare rebates to patients
- Processing all Private, Medicare, DVA, and third-party insurance claims

We have 17 convenient imaging locations across the Tweed and Gold Coast, including two hospital-based sites at John Flynn and Pindara Private Hospitals, as well as practices in Mackay and Toowoomba.
