Culturally Sensitive Healthcare Provider

We are seeking a skilled Remote Healthcare Professional to provide high-quality, culturally appropriate nursing care for patients in remote healthcare environments. This role involves collaborating with primary healthcare teams to ensure an integrated service approach, focusing on prevention and early intervention.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing primary health care and emergency services in remote Australia and/or rural Multi-Purpose Health Service Facilities
- Utilizing knowledge of emergency response, patient triaging, population health, chronic disease management, culturally safe practice, and health promotion to deliver comprehensive health services
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective service delivery
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 5 years post-qualification general nursing experience as a Registered Nurse
- Significant experience in providing primary health care/population health and/or emergency health services in remote Australia and/or rural Multi-Purpose Health Service Facilities
- Demonstrated understanding of the principles of Primary Health care, community development, and the social determinants of health
