Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Skillfully supervise the front office team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Become an expert on our hotel and surrounding area, possessing in-depth knowledge to exceed guest expectations.
  • Efficiently manage check-in, check-out, and billing processes, including pre-arrival preparations.
  • Expertly handle general enquiries, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
  • Foster strong relationships with guests, embodying our legendary service and driving repeat business.
  • Effectively take guest reservations and perform cash handling & credit card responsibilities.
  • Maintain high service standards while identifying and implementing improvement initiatives.
  • Promote a positive work environment by motivating and supporting your department's colleagues.
About You
  • Proven experience with property management systems or similar technology.
  • A warm and welcoming demeanor that sets the tone for exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and overnight.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Relevant supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • Enthusiasm for career growth and development.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and energized in fast-paced environments.
