Cluster Reservations Agent Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all incoming calls into the hotel and redirect to each department as appropriate.
  • Analyze and update guest requests tailored to their requirements.
  • Manage hotel outlet reservations and guest orders.
  • Assist and coordinate guest bookings, engaging with guests to exceed their expectations.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating memorable experiences to encourage future bookings.
  • Coordinate with other departments to deliver service excellence with each customer experience.
  • Complete reservation administration tasks and support the team as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • Enthusiastic about escalating your career.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
