As a Senior Manager, you will lead a new initiative to develop, enhance, and execute the desired After Sales and Service delivery capabilities required to facilitate our growth agenda. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a comprehensive After Sales support strategy to enhance customer experience, drive revenue, and seize commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Segment Managers and Marketing Managers to impact customer experience and growth goals.
  • Ensuring effective commercial ownership of the financial performance of the After Sales business unit.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating and executing business models, with a strong understanding of financial implications. They will be skilled in using digital tools like CRM and algorithms to support business functions.
