Hearing Care Specialist

We're seeking an individual to join our team as a Hearing Care Professional.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people rediscover the emotions of sound.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Conducting hearing screening checks and maintaining hearing aids
- Providing face-to-face and phone-based customer support
- Managing appointments through diary management
- Generating new business opportunities and promoting local engagement initiatives
- Supporting clinics with reporting and solution follow-ups
- Providing administrative assistance to audiologists and the clinic
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good computer skills and technical aptitude
- Sales experience with targets and KPIs preferred
- Administration experience is an asset, but training will be provided
