Hearing Care Specialist

As a customer-centric individual, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hearing care services to our clients. Your primary focus will be on performing hearing screening checks and maintaining hearing aids, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support.
You will also be expected to provide face-to-face and phone-based customer support, confirm and schedule appointments through diary and inbox management, source external lead generation opportunities, and roll-out local marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as good computer skills and be tech-savvy. Previous administration experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
