Cleaning Operations Supervisor Role

This leadership position involves overseeing and guiding a team in delivering cleaning services across multiple sites.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Training and onboarding of new team members in day-to-day operations and occupational health and safety protocols.
  • Liaising and communicating with store managers and key stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Escalating issues and concerns to the state manager to maintain safety and prevent downtime.
  • Monitoring inventory levels for uniforms, chemicals, and equipment.
  • Knowledge of contract management and rostering.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of three years' supervisory experience with multi-site management.
  • Competency in Microsoft Excel and technology.
  • Demonstrated high level of customer service and management skills.
  • Proven problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and staff rosters.
  • Fully licensed driver.
