Cleaning Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cleaning operations leader to lead our team in delivering exceptional cleaning services.

The successful candidate will effectively manage and coordinate the daily operations of our team, ensuring that all cleaning standards are met via regular audit results, contractual service level KPIs, and adherence to OH&S compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and onboard new team members in day-to-day operations and OH&S procedures.
  • Liaise and communicate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of cleaning services.
  • Escalate issues and concerns to maintain safety and avoid downtime.
  • Monitor inventory to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
  • Apply knowledge of cleaning contract management and rostering to optimize team performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' supervising experience with multiple site management.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and technology.
  • Proven high level of customer service and management skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and staff rosters.
