
Business Growth Specialist

This role involves identifying and evaluating opportunities for growth in metals and related sectors. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional groups on investment analysis, acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic projects that drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Support financial modelling and scenario analysis to inform investment decisions
- Develop high-quality reports and insights to inform senior leadership decisions
- Implement end-to-end transaction execution, ensuring workstreams are aligned and deliverables achieved
- 3–8 years' experience in Corporate Development, Transaction Services, M&A Advisory, or Strategy Consulting, ideally with exposure to resources, commodities, or heavy industry
- Proven expertise in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and investment evaluation, with the ability to assess complex opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Law (Engineering or related disciplines highly regarded)
- Exceptional analytical capability, with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well with people across the business and with external partners
