Job Summary
This role involves leading the delivery of high-quality, enterprise-level training programs. Our ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with clients and provide expert guidance on supported platforms. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering engaging training sessions, developing strong understanding of supported platforms, collaborating with sales and product teams, maintaining detailed records of training delivery and feedback, and executing monthly webinars to keep clients informed.
Requirements
Our team is looking for individuals who possess strong communication and presentation skills, at least 1 year of experience working with SaaS platforms, a proven ability to deliver structured product training, and a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly. Familiarity with real estate CRM platforms and industry terminology is a plus.
