We are seeking an enthusiastic Promotional Coordinator to work in a fast-paced retail environment. This role will suit recent graduates or strong administrators looking for a career in buying.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collate supplier promotional data into the Promotional Calendar
  • Log promotions and supplier funding in a timely manner
  • Ensure purchase agreements are sent to suppliers in advance of promotions
  • Assist in creation and sign off of promotional ticketing
  • Communicate promotional changes to internal teams
  • Manage claims and supplier funding
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with great time management skills
  • Intermediate computer skills across Microsoft products
  • Data entry and administration experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with a willingness to learn and build relationships
