As a Promotions Communication Manager, you will lead a team responsible for executing promotional communication and training materials to drive shopper-led and channel-specific promotions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver enhanced retail sales through increased promotional activities, warehouse sales, and improved category profitability.
  • Oversee the execution of channel and merchandise promotional strategies, timelines, and communications by partnering with trading, channel, and marketing teams.
  • Manage promotional and events communications while maintaining Food Group strategies on all promotional activities.
  • Develop and maintain training materials for MetProms in conjunction with the Promotions Systems Team.
  • Coordinate Ticketing Guides in collaboration with Marketing & Retail Tech.

You will be working closely with suppliers and retailers, leveraging your experience in complex environments, change management, influencing, and stakeholder partnerships. Your ability to communicate effectively and adapt to various stakeholders will be essential in driving success.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in retail, wholesale, or FMCG.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an independent or franchise model.
  • Strong understanding of the independent retail landscape.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and prioritize tasks effectively.
