**About Us**

Due to internal promotion, we are seeking a dynamic **Retail Promotions Manager** based in Macquarie Park on full time basis to manage the team charged with the construction, administration and communication of retail promotions for IBA retail brands and who can partner with Key internal stakeholders to ensure that relevant information is delivered accurately and in accordance with agreed timelines.

This role has a direct reporting line into the National Merchandise Manager.

**What you'll do**

**Supplier Management** - In conjunction with the Category team, you and your team will collaborate with Supplier partners to ensure timely submission of relevant information in the construction of retail promotional programs. You and your team will liaise with suppliers in building promotions for Alternate Brands to ensure members are receiving the best possible promotional program.

**Communication** - Collaborating with all Key stakeholders, you will partner with State teams to ensure accuracy and communication of all retail programs through to the retail network.

**Time Management** - You and your team in conjunction with the Category team, will be responsible for delivering promotions to State Operations teams within the agreed timeframes.

**People Management** - You will manage a dedicated team focused on the development, construction and communication of promotional programs for IBA retail banners.

**What you'll bring**
- Process / project management experience imperative
- People management experience desired
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Industry &/or Retail Experience desired
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
