Lead Retail Promotions Specialist

As a vital part of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of retail promotions within our business. You will lead and develop a team of professionals responsible for delivering promotional programs across various retail brands.

  • Partner with category managers and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate submission of promotional data and materials
  • Manage the planning and execution of alternate brand promotions, ensuring value delivery to our customers
  • Collaborate with operations and key internal stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication of promotional activities to the retail network
  • Deliver promotional timelines in alignment with business schedules, ensuring execution is on time and in full

You will work cross-functionally with the wider merchandise, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery. Your expertise will contribute to improving promotional processes and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
  • Strong process or project management experience, ideally within FMCG or retail
  • Prior experience managing a team and passion for developing others
  • Confident communicator who collaborates effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working in retail, liquor, or similar fast-paced commercial environments
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
