Product Management Leader

The RoleThe Product Manager for the Endoscopy portfolio will drive Stryker South Pacific's success by growing market share, optimizing profitability, and creating a sustainable business. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement marketing plans, optimize product lifecycle management, and educate healthcare professionals about surgical safety.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for existing and new products, including product promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and lifecycle management.
- Design and execute educational events, such as workshops and roadshows, to educate healthcare professionals about surgical safety.
- Monitor market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify marketing opportunities supported by data analytics.
- Provide commercial teams with tools to capitalize on marketing opportunities and act as a resource for the sales force, offering leadership, technical support, product training, problem-solving, and sales effectiveness.
- Build strong customer relationships across multiple stakeholders within the industry and effectively communicate clinical and technical information to hospital executives, nurses, educators, and surgeon faculty.
- Ability to build meaningful relationships and champion a true business partnering model.
- Proven leadership, negotiation, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Previous experience and success in product management and launching new products.
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret technical, clinical, and marketing data relating to product portfolio and/or industry.
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, scientific, biological, biomedical, or engineering.
- Computer literacy, including graphics, spreadsheets, databases, and digital marketing.
