Senior Technical Implementation Engineer/Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Implementation Engineer/Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during implementation, guiding customers through product configuration and data integration. They will collaborate with clients' technical teams to streamline API and SFTP integrations, address technical questions, and develop a deep understanding of the product and its configurations. The ideal candidate will implement and support high-complexity projects, ensuring successful deployment, actively contribute to troubleshooting and resolving production issues, and work alongside Solution Architects and Project Managers to deliver the best-fit solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Client Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing guidance on product configuration and data integration.
  • Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate with clients' technical teams to streamline API and SFTP integrations, addressing technical questions and concerns.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the product and its configurations, implementing and supporting high-complexity projects.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Actively contribute to troubleshooting and resolving production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in at least two programming languages, including C, C++, C#, Java, Python, or PHP.
  • API and Data Integration: Strong understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP) and data integration, with hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Security Protocols: Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols, including JWT and SAML.
  • Familiarity with SFTP: Familiarity with secure file transfers using SFTP.
  • Big Data Technologies: Exposure to Big Data technologies is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
