We are seeking a skilled Asset Management Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects and collaborate with high-profile clients across various sectors.

Job Description

This role will involve working in a dynamic environment, where you will engage directly with clients to address and solve their priority asset and operational related problems. You will be part of a high-performing team that is committed to excellence in helping clients drive profitability and performance.

The successful candidate will have experience in operations improvement, reliability improvement, transformation or implementation/delivery background in Mining, Energy and Resources or similar sectors. They will also possess strong analytical skills, including desktop research, data analysis, and reviewing documents, as well as the ability to exercise mature judgement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years exposure and experience having worked in Asset Intensive industries (preferably Mining), with a strong focus on Maintenance and Asset Management practices
  • Strong Operational Mining Maintenance experience, including mechanical, electrical or reliability engineering
  • Recent relevant experience in techniques utilising FMECA, RCM, Critical Spares Analysis
  • Developed analytical skills (desktop research, data analysis, reviewing documents etc.) with a track record for solving complex problems and the ability to exercise mature judgement
  • Proficiency in CMMS Software (SAP)
  • Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients
