Asset Management Expert

The Asset Maintenance Specialist is a critical role within our organisation, responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and management of our assets throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and review maintenance strategies to optimise asset performance and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with long-term planning teams to develop budget forecasting models that align with asset lifecycles.
- Provide technical expertise to support the business in resolving complex faults and issues.
- Engage and maintain strong relationships with site teams through regular visits and interactions.
- Extensive operational experience and equipment technical expertise working with water management assets such as bore pumps, ponds, generators, VSDs, piping, and valves.
- Reliability engineering background.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- 5+ years operational experience with heavy industry fixed plant assets, preferably at senior engineer level.
- Well-developed interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
