Multidisciplinary Clinician Child Adolescent Mental Health Specialist

Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive therapeutic assessments, developing collaborative treatment plans, and implementing individual, family, and group therapies using various models and skills. The ideal candidate will possess extensive clinical experience in child and adolescent mental health, demonstrated ability in assessments and interventions, program development, and working in a multidisciplinary team.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful applicant will contribute to research and evaluation programs to enhance clinical services, provide information and education on child, adolescent, and family mental health, and foster positive team relationships.
About You:
- You have a Degree in Social Work (Australian Association of Social Workers full membership), Psychology (General registration and endorsement for clinical practice), or Occupational Therapy (Board registration).
- You have strong communication skills, commitment to social justice principles, ability to work independently with limited supervision, and a dedication to personal and professional development.
- You have extensive clinical experience in child and adolescent mental health, demonstrated ability in assessments and interventions, program development, and working in a multidisciplinary team.
- You have a thorough understanding of clinical work, developmental theory, assessment and intervention models, and government policies impacting child and family health.
