Role Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to build and lead our Spanish-speaking community across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and manage online communities on Reddit, X, and Instagram to foster engagement and growth.
  2. Cultivate user feedback, curate insights, and collaborate with the business to drive meaningful actions.
  3. Develop unique responses that showcase KICK's brand and personality.
  4. Organize and execute IRL events at gaming conventions like DreamHack, CCXP, and Comic Con to connect with enthusiasts.
  5. Leverage the KICK Bounties sub-brand to nurture users into creators and drive content production.
  6. Design and develop collateral to retain users, working independently or in collaboration with the Design team.
  7. Translate content from English to Spanish (and vice versa) to ensure cultural accuracy and relevance.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English languages.
  • Hands-on experience with social media and web platforms.
  • A strong interest in gaming, sports, television, and internet culture.
  • Deep understanding of Gen Z trends and behaviors.
  • Experience as a stream viewer and/or creator.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced tech environment.
