Your role with us:

You will play a key role in engaging and supporting our growing community and as our dedicated Spanish-speaking member of the team, you will focus on shaping our presence in the LATAM region and ensuring effective localisation of communications. You will drive adoption of KICK, build lasting loyalty and empower our users to become passionate advocates. By strengthening regional alignment and expanding our community capacity, they will be central to growing our impact and reach.

What you will do:

  • Coordination of our URL communities:
  • Reddit:
    Where there's a question, there's an answer, and you'll be the one who gets the comment karma.
  • Discord:
    Create five star experiences for viewers, creators and developers in #español.
  • X:
    Listen to feedback, curate it and help the business action these insights.
  • Instagram:
    A user mentioned you in their story. Reply like no other brand would.
  • Coordination of our IRL communities at events such as DreamHack, CCXP, and Comic Con.
  • Leverage the KICK Bounties sub brand to nurture viewers into creators.
  • Creation of collateral that helps us retain our users, independently or in collaboration with our Design team.
  • Translate content from English to Spanish (and vice versa) to ensure cultural accuracy.

What you will bring:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Hands-on experience with social media and web platforms
  • A strong interest in gaming, sports, television, and internet culture
  • Deep understanding of Gen Z trends and behaviours
  • Experience as a stream viewer and/or creator
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced tech environment

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Strong understanding of customer service and UX principles
  • Familiarity with developer tools and technical problem-solving logic
  • Proficiency with Adobe Suite or similar production software
  • Flexibility to travel to Spanish-speaking regions as needed
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Notion & Confluence
