What you will do

• Coordination of our URL communities
• Reddit: Where there's a question, there's an answer, and you'll be the one who gets the comment karma.
• X: Listen to feedback, curate it and help the business action these insights.
• Instagram: A user mentioned you in their story. Reply like no other brand would.
• Coordination of our IRL communities at events such as DreamHack, CCXP, and Comic Con.
• Leverage the KICK Bounties sub brand to nurture viewers into creators.
• Creation of collateral that helps us retain our users, independently or in collaboration with our Design team.
• Translate content from English to Spanish (and vice versa) to ensure cultural accuracy.

What you will bring

• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Hands-on experience with social media and web platforms
• A strong interest in gaming, sports, television, and internet culture
• Deep understanding of Gen Z trends and behaviours
• Experience as a stream viewer and/or creator
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced tech environment

Bonus points if you also have

• Strong understanding of customer service and UX principles
• Familiarity with developer tools and technical problem-solving logic
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite or similar production software
• Flexibility to travel to Spanish-speaking regions as needed
• Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Notion & Confluence
