Synopsis

As a key figure in our team, you will be responsible for coordinating community engagement across various platforms, driving user interaction, and fostering growth.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead our Spanish-speaking community, leveraging your skills and expertise to create memorable experiences and shape the presence of our brand across LATAM.

In this capacity, you will oversee URL communities, including Reddit, X, and Instagram, ensuring seamless communication and effective feedback curation. Additionally, you will coordinate IRL communities at events like DreamHack, CCXP, and Comic Con, as well as leverage the KICK Bounties sub-brand to nurture viewers into creators.

You will also be responsible for creating collateral that helps retain users, either independently or in collaboration with our Design team, and translating content from English to Spanish (and vice versa) to ensure cultural accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordination of URL communities: Reddit, X, Instagram, etc.
  • IRL community coordination at events such as DreamHack, CCXP, and Comic Con
  • Leverage the KICK Bounties sub-brand to nurture viewers into creators
  • Create collateral to help retain users
  • Translate content from English to Spanish (and vice versa)
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Hands-on experience with social media and web platforms
  • A strong interest in gaming, sports, television, and internet culture
  • Deep understanding of Gen Z trends and behaviors
  • Experience as a stream viewer and/or creator
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced tech environment
