A leading boutique consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their successful team in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage regulatory approvals and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate the design process and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and implement effective health and safety protocols.
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of program management, contract administration, and construction coordination.
- Identify and manage site variations and design changes.
- Deliver cost-effective solutions through proactive cost management.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and identify new opportunities.
- Degree qualification in Building, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3-7 years' experience in client-side project management or head contractor experience.
