Job Title: Project Manager

A leading boutique consultancy specializes in project management services across tertiary education projects.

About the Role:
  • Manage regulatory approvals and design coordination to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Coordinate stakeholder management and liaison to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement health and safety protocols to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Program management, including managing timelines and critical paths to deliver projects on schedule.
  • Administer contracts and manage construction activities to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage site variations and design changes to maintain project scope and quality.
  • Monitor and report expenses to optimize cost management and minimize financial risks.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualification in Building, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-7 years' experience in a client-side PM role, with head contractor experience desirable.
  • Proven end-to-end project management skills from concept through to completion.
