Senior Tertiary Education Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead our successful team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in the tertiary education sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee regulatory approvals and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate design elements and manage stakeholders.
- Manage site variations, design changes, and construction delivery.
- Develop and implement cost management strategies.
- Contribute to business development initiatives.
- Degree qualification in Building, Construction Management, Project Management or similar.
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience as a client-side PM, with head contractor experience being an advantage.
- Proven end-to-end project management skills from concept through to completion.
- Experience in program management, managing timelines, and critical paths.
