The role of Motor Assessing Manager Quality is pivotal in driving the organization's culture and achieving key business outcomes.

Business Function
  • Contributing to strategic planning, particularly in developing auditing strategies and processes to ensure quality assurance.
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to reinforce the company's commitment to high ethical standards.
  • Driving continuous improvement across people, processes, and technology to achieve efficiency and innovation in service delivery.

This role requires knowledge and technical depth in Repair Methods and AQA/Leakage Measurement, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills, computer literacy, and analytical problem-solving abilities.

The successful candidate will have trade qualifications in Panelbeating, Spraypainting, Mechanic, or CERT IV Motor Vehicle Loss Assessing, with a minimum of 5 years experience as an assessor.
