Centre Operations Coordinator

This role supports the operational functions of a shopping centre portfolio.
- Mainstream administration duties, including finance management, tenant liaison and lease administration.
- Oversee minor repairs and maintenance services with vendor monitoring.
- Be the primary contact for suppliers, tenants and customers.
- Process and track AP invoices and expense reimbursements, follow up on arrears.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, insurance and lease information in the system.
- Prepare weekly leasing reports for clients.
This position presents an opportunity to work within a leading retail property team. The role is based at Penrith Homemaker Centre and involves supporting the Centre Manager with administrative tasks and property projects across two large format shopping centres.
The successful candidate will have prior experience working in a fast-paced office environment, possess excellent communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, strong organisational abilities and problem-solving skills to prioritise multiple tasks.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities. They will have the ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly and provide exceptional customer service.
