Real Estate Financial Specialist

The role of a Real Estate Financial Specialist is to provide high-quality financial and analytical support to the business. Key responsibilities include preparing property analysis and statistics for a portfolio of office assets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare property analysis and statistics for a portfolio of office assets, providing valuable insights into market trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and coordinate all financial management reporting relating to properties, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery.
  • Budget, forecast, and manage internal fees, maintaining a close eye on expenses and revenue streams.
  • Run and maintain in-house financial models for existing developments, updating them regularly with changing market conditions, and reflecting changes in budgets, designs, and assumptions.
  • Prepare and deliver internal and external reports with key financial and operation metric analysis, facilitating informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Track a range of property data including vacancy, construction, sales, and leasing transactions, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in negotiations and preparation of documentation with sales, leasing agents, terms of agreement, lease, and sale/purchase documentation from commencement through to completion, ensuring seamless transaction execution.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment and driving business success.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years experience in real estate, finance or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills, with expertise in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Results orientated with keen financial acumen and an analytical mind, able to distill complex information into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality work, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasks and projects.
