**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Claims Home Assessor to join our team. As a key member of our claims handling process, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of homes and buildings, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and managing the overall quality of the claims process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough assessments of homes and buildings to determine the most favourable outcomes for customers.
  • Supervising the overall quality of the claims process to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Detecting and mitigating instances of fraud.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience in home claims management or home assessing.
  • Experience in the construction industry with a building or trade qualification (e.g., carpentry, plumbing).
  • Ability to compile scope of works and project manage builds.
  • Familiarity with terminology and procedures associated with claims and building.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
