Home Care Professional

A home care professional is sought to provide personal assistance and support to clients in their homes. This role requires a caring and empathetic individual who can deliver high-quality services that enhance the lives of those we serve.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with grocery shopping.
- Provide general housekeeping and laundry services.
- Support clients with mobility and therapy goals.
- Offer social and emotional support to clients.
- A valid Australian driver's license and own insured vehicle are required.
- A minimum of three months' experience in a similar professional role is preferred.
- Experience in personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications is highly valued.
- A guaranteed number of hours and shifts per week.
- Award rate + Super + paid kilometers.
