Early Childhood Educator
About the Role:We are seeking passionate professionals to fill a key position in our organization. As an early childhood educator, you will collaborate with our experienced team to deliver a play-based, child-led learning program.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement engaging and educational programs tailored to the needs and interests of children.
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that supports positive interactions and relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Observe and document children's progress and development, and use this information to plan and adjust educational activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of our center and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment.
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
- Working with Children Check and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous experience in an early childhood education setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Passion for early childhood education and a genuine interest in supporting the development of young children.
