Job Opportunity: Department Manager

We're seeking a skilled Department Manager to join our team. This role involves leading and developing a team to achieve store goals, maintaining focus on customer service and store standards, thinking on your feet, adapting to changing priorities, following policy, being driven, and demonstrating resilience.

  • This includes experience as a manager in a big box or high-volume retail environment, passion for delivering results that motivate the team, experience coaching and leading large and diverse teams, strong commitment to safety, customer focus, and motivating the team to reach higher daily.
  • Fostering strong relationships with team members, peers, customers, and leaders is also essential.
