Counter Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Counter Manager to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of Brow and Beauty Experts to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Achieve counter and service sales targets through effective product demonstrations and customer connections.
  • Deliver high-quality brow services, including waxing, tinting, and tweezing, to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Foster teamwork through regular meetings, effective communication, and recognition of positive work contributions.
  • Develop and implement in-store and external events to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Maintain a well-stocked counter and report any issues to the area manager promptly.
  • Ensure open communication between store/department managers and area managers.
  • Complete administrative tasks and support area manager administration as needed.
  • Manage staff rotas fairly and on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic counter and display environment.

About You:

  • You should be dynamic, enthusiastic, and passionate about makeup and retail.
  • Result-oriented, flexible, and able to provide a unique customer experience.
  • A minimum of 6 months' retail experience is required.
