Yard Operations Coordinator

This is a critical role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our holding yard.

  • Proficiency in tow management software and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel are highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Minimum of a car license; forklift license is a significant advantage

This is a full-time employment position working Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm. The successful candidate will have English language proficiency and must hold Australian work authorization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating daily activities of the holding yard
  • Ensuring excellent customer service
  • Managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and customers

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and be able to maintain accurate records. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is preferred.
