Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring the immaculate presentation and maintenance of our grounds, including mowing, weeding, pruning, landscaping.

The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance of the grounds and gardens, amenities cleaning, BBQ cleaning, park maintenance, and rubbish removal. A high standard and good eye for detail are required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring immaculate presentation and maintenance of our grounds.
  • Providing incidental customer service assistance with minor maintenance repairs.
  • Servicing the splash park - cleaning, dosing, water balance, repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintenance and cleaning of public areas and facilities.
  • Assisting with gardening projects, basic mechanical repairs and painting.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • First Aid Level 2.
  • Current CPR.
  • National Police Check clearance.
  • Working with Children Check or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Well-developed communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to interact with management professionally.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision.
