We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Professional to join our team in Sydney Metro North, NSW.

Job Description

This is an outdoor role that requires the ability to work in any and all weather conditions. As a Grounds Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for performing landscaping services including mowing, edging, sweeping/blowing, pruning, hedge/tree trimming, and weed control.

  • Refresh gardens with woodchips, mulch, and new plants.
  • External pressure wash of buildings as required.
  • Remove all garden waste and transfer it to an authorized waste transfer station.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in landscaping services.
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record and experience driving with a trailer.
  • A valid Working with Children Check (Employee Category).
  • Ability to multi-task, work with limited supervision, and make sound decisions quickly.
  • A high standard of integrity and reliability.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication skills, and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with interfacing with technology (iPhone) used to systemically monitor locations/jobs.
