Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled grounds professional to lead a small team in delivering quality gardening maintenance services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve gardens and lawns, ensuring high standards are met.
- Cultivate and maintain the grounds of an educational institution.
- Implement horticultural best practices for plant care.
- Assist the team leader to enhance campus aesthetics.
- Conduct regular assessments of plant health and landscape conditions.
- Provide recommendations for landscaping improvements.
- Contribute to the overall environmental sustainability of the grounds.
About You
- A Certificate III in Horticulture is desirable.
- A valid manual driver's license is required.
- Relevant experience in plant care and landscaping is essential.
- You will need a Working with Children Check (WWCC) and a White Card.
- You must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
- You should be proactive and able to work independently.
