Project Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Design Expert to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful implementation of human centred projects. This role involves working closely with mental health professionals, business analysts, and project managers to deliver projects within agreed scope, timeframe, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in Design Thinking, Human Centred Design, and Agile methodologies is highly desirable.

  • Lead/co-lead the creation of prototypes (low-to-high fidelity) to generate user feedback and drive ideation towards future state experiences.
  • Conduct user research, data analysis, and discovery to consolidate and synthesise key outputs and findings.
  • Translate insights into clear recommendations to inform future state experience design.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in problem solving, journey mapping, ideation, and prototyping.

  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall Project Management and Software Development Methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Usability and Accessibility.
