Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing automated testing strategies, working closely with the engineering team to define the testing strategy and process, and maintaining automated testing in line with existing functional aspects of the engineering process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, create, execute, and maintain automated testing strategies, automating test cases and developing test tools for our mobile and web platforms.
  • Use continuous integration environments/tools and CI best practices to enhance test coverage.
  • Conduct static and dynamic application security testing (SAST and DAST).
  • Manage the defect life cycle.
  • Analyze and decompose complicated software systems and design strategies to test these systems.
  • Conduct application performance and security testing.
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing practices and tools.
  • Conduct load and performance testing to identify system bottlenecks.
  • Stay up to date with relevant new and emerging technologies, and identify and promote opportunities to make use of these technologies.
  • Work with product managers to craft user story acceptance criteria.
  • Coach and train other QA Engineers on functional standards, best practices, strategy, and planning.
Requirements
  • Experience with open source automated testing frameworks like Selenium.
  • Experience with iOS Testing frameworks (XCTest, XCUI).
  • Experience with back-end testing.
  • Basic knowledge of Objective-C/Swift.
  • A shared belief in our values.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of PHP.
  • Experience with AWS.
  • Experience working with Docker containers.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration systems (e.g. Git Lab).
