About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team at Seaway Holdings Pty. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our fruit packing and transportation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pack, unpack, and re-pack fruit efficiently and effectively, following pick sheet directions and management instructions.
  • Oversee all Quality Control issues with the fruit grading and transport of the product.
  • Provide general assistance around our Darwin facility/site.
  • Make cartons/crates and Container loading & unloading.
  • Support the team with general tasks, including cleaning of equipment and general admin.
Requirements
  • Right to work in Australia full-time (e.g. Aus/NZ citizenship or permanent resident).
  • Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Physically fit (for manual lifting tasks).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Safety focused.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Forklift experience or current forklift licence.
  • Prior experience with containers.
  • Prior experience as a QA supervisor.
