CoreStaff is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Darwin, Northern Territory. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and audit the quality performance of subcontractors and their works to prevent and minimize adverse quality impacts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and maintain quality plans, inspection regimes, and documentation.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
Requirements
  • General Construction Induction (White Card) or equivalent.
  • Certificate IV or Diploma of Work Health and Safety.
  • Certificate or Diploma of Quality Management System (QMS) Lead Auditor Certification.
  • High degree of knowledge in ISO Quality Management System, ISO 45001:2018, Occupational Health and Safety, and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems.
  • Training in Incident Investigation methodology.
  • Relevant work experience in WHSEQ in construction industry environment.
  • 8-10 years of experience in senior leadership roles incorporating contract management and quality management of subcontractors with WHSEQ accountabilities.
  • Commitment to professional development through seminars, workshops, conferences, and other training opportunities to stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and regulatory changes.
