Competitive Salary
The salary for this role is $28.41 per hour, plus shift allowances, covered by the site-based EBA. This represents a highly competitive compensation package, reflective of our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
Job Description
We are seeking an Armed Security Officer to work onsite at a bank in Melbourne's northern suburbs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of personnel, property, and information, while providing a visible security presence across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and information on-site;
- To maintain a visible security presence throughout the site;
- To respond promptly and effectively to any security incidents or breaches;
- To work collaboratively with other security personnel and site staff to achieve a safe and secure environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- A current Victorian Security License with a control room endorsement;
- A Certificate III (or higher) in Security Operations;
- Full Australian working rights;
- A current Victorian Firearms License (or willingness to obtain);
- A current valid Advanced First Aid Certificate (Level 3) or willingness to obtain;
- A current Victorian Drivers' License;
- A Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
